How can we get started?

At VYN Creative, we make it easy to get started with your vision. Contact us here or via email to vyncreative@gmail.com. Together, we'll work on creating a customized plan of action.
How far in advance can we book a setup?

We recommend that you book your setup at least 30 days in advance. In the event of a time constraint, a rush fee may be incurred.
Cancellation policy

We strive to be flexible and accommodating. We may reschedule your booking as our availability permits. Please notify us of your desired rescheduling date at least 30 days in advance of the original event date. Cancellations must be submitted via written notice before 30 days of the event date. All payments are final. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Revisions / Authorization Deadlines

Please request any and all revisions in a timely notice. Final approvals & authorizations must be set at least 2 weeks in advance of the event date. Any last-minute changes or excessive revisions may incur additional fees.
Property

All design elements are property of VYN Creative and must not be given out nor handled without specific authorization from Ivan Daniel Luna / VYN Creative. Any lost, missing and/or damaged items will be invoiced to the client at the time of wrap-up.
